1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting services, booking an appointment, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Ausney Services provides professional, non-medical services, including but not limited to:

• Commercial cleaning

• One-time and ongoing cleaning plans

• Dog walking and pet-related services

• All services are provided based on availability, agreed scope, and scheduling confirmation.

3. Booking & Service Confirmation

• Submitting a request does not guarantee service

• Services are confirmed only after scheduling approval by Ausney Services

• Clients must provide accurate information regarding service needs, location, access, pets, and safety conditions

4. Payments & Refund Policy

All Services Are Non-Refundable

All services rendered by Ausney Services are final and non-refundable.

Once a service has been performed, started, or scheduled within the agreed service window, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with service

• Unused time

• Early termination of service

Payment terms, pricing, and any deposits (if applicable) are communicated prior to service delivery.

5. Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking

• Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation or no-show charge

• Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service

6. Ongoing Service Plans

For weekly or monthly plans:

• Services are delivered according to the agreed schedule

• Missed visits due to client unavailability, access issues, or cancellations may be rescheduled at Ausney Services' discretion and availability.

• Additional services outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges

• All ongoing services remain non-refundable

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide a safe and lawful environment

• Secure pets, valuables, and personal belongings

• Inform Ausney Services of any risks, hazards, or special instructions

• Treat staff with respect and professionalism

8. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Ausney Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if:

• Conditions are unsafe or unsanitary

• There is harassment, abusive behavior, or threats

• Illegal activity is present

• Animals display aggressive or unsafe behavior

• Requested services fall outside the agreed scope

9. Dog Walking & Pet Services Disclaimer

• Dog walking services are non-medical

• Pets must be properly leashed and disclosed prior to service

• Aggressive or unsafe animals must be reported before booking

• Ausney Services is not responsible for incidents resulting from undisclosed pet behavior

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ausney Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use of this website

• Service delays or interruptions

• Property conditions beyond our control

• Acts of pets, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

11. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, branding, and graphics, is the property of Ausney Services and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Privacy & Communication

By submitting your information, you consent to being contacted by Ausney Services via phone, email, or text regarding services. Personal information is not sold or shared and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
